Experienced and Aggressive Representation
If you have been
arrested or are facing charges for Driving Under the Influence in Washington State, you absolutely need an attorney to represent
your interests. You are facing one of the most serious misdemeanor traffic offenses that can be handled.
If your
BAC level is .08 or higher, you are facing two separate and distinct cases that you must defend: a criminal case in which
you are subject to mandatory jail time for up to one year, a fine up to $5,000, a license suspension, required high risk or
SR 22 insurance, ignition interlock, and you could be subject to deportation if you are not a United States Citizen as well
as other mandatory penalties, and an administrative case in which the Department of Licensing seeks to suspend or revoke your
license. Further, a DUI conviction will remain on your permanent criminal record – it cannot be expunged
in the future.
Now is the time to make sure that you have an experienced and aggressive attorney working
for you. Please give us a call for a no-cost phone consultation. We can be reached at
253-840-0288.

DUI Defense -- You Need An Experienced and Aggressive Attorney
The penalties for a DUI conviction can be extremely harsh even for the first time offender. That is why it is so important
that you have an experienced and aggressive attorney on your side. Even in a case that after a first review appears
to be a "loser" there are ways to attack the case. Was the officer truthful in his report -- I will review
the police report AND any in car video footage that may prove helpful. Perhaps your officer is cutting corners in his
report writing -- I will look into this possibility by reviewing other reports from this same officer. I
might also take a look at the officer's credibility -- does he have any disciplinary issues? What about citizen
complaints? Has he or she been the target of an internal investigation? Has he or she been properly
trained? Bottom line, there are always ways to attack a DUI case and if you want me to take a look at yours, call
now to schedule your free initial consultation. I can be reached at 253-840-0288 or email me at Donna@911NotGuilty.net.

Dealing with the Department of Licensing
The Department of Licensing does not wait to begin the suspension process until after you have been charged and convicted
of DUI. Your privilege to drive may be put in jeopardy merely by being accused of DUI.
For
those of you with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) your risks are significantly greater after being stopped for DUI.
If you hold a CDL and you are convicted of a first offense DUI you will lose your CDL for a period of one year. A second
offense will result in the loss of your CDL for life. These offenses apply whether you are in your Commercial Vehicle
or not.
The consequences of a DUI stop and arrest are severe for all drivers, but are particularly severe for those
drivers holding a CDL. Protect yourself by contacting an experienced criminal defense lawyer with extensive DUI practice.

Most people never imagine that they will be arrested and charged with a crime. Many people assume that if a person is
arrested and charged with a crime they must be a criminal. The reality is that ANYONE can be arrested. Having
one too many drinks before driving home from a football game, a simple misunderstanding with another person, or being in the
wrong place at the wrong time can all result in an arrest and the filing of criminal charges. Being arrested is one
of the scariest times of a person's life as you find yourself facing possible incarceration and the stigma of a criminal conviction.
If you find yourself facing a criminal charge, then you are facing the prospect of jail time, fines, probation,
alcohol or domestic violence treatment, loss of your license, no contact orders, and much more. You need a skilled professional
on your side. Don't wait -- call today for your free consultation. 253-840-0288 or 206-551-8101.
